In preparation for their new website Tennis Australia was looking for advice on how to approach the website architecture, content and campaigns more strategically.
Artlivemedia identified digital personas for 7 key Tennis Australia participation markets and programs (ANZ Hotshots, Schools, Fitbit Cardio, Fast 4 Tennis, Coaches, Clubs and Tournaments). This has since fed into broader marketing initiatives across paid ad campaigns and above the line initiatives for Australian Open. The exercise provided clear evidence for programs that were not working and informed a major shift in messaging for Tennis Australia above the line marketing programs in the lead up to the Australian Open.
